In this 3-Phase, 10-Step program, we'll take an honest look at closely held values, beliefs & attitudes that are helping and/or hurting individual effectiveness and then help you make fundamental “internal & external” changes.

Develop & implement a plan that aligns internal & external changes with personal attitudes and behaviors
Identify the underlying attitudes, values, beliefs & choices that are preventing effectiveness and personal satisfaction  
LC is for Executives, New team/dept. Leaders, Employees who are key to operations, & OD, HRD and internal facilitators who want/need to improve their coaching & facilitation skills
Pre-work 

Develop specific coaching desired outcomes, link desired outcomes to business outcomes, select a 360° assessment (optional), agree on an implementation process, clarify senior management’s support role, and agree on clear roles, responsibilities & accountabilities for all involved
